To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Return Timeframe: Returns must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
Product Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Non-returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, sanitary pads cannot be returned. This includes any sealed items that fall under health and hygiene categories.

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [csr@mellopads.com], providing your order details, including your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will respond with instructions and assist you through the return process.
Return Shipping: Please return the product to one of our locations in Lagos or Ogun State. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.
Inspection & Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. After this, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
We take pride in delivering the right products to you, but in the event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we want to make it right.
If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at [csr@mellopads.com].
We will promptly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment method, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please contact us with your exchange request, and we will guide you through the process. Any difference in price will be settled as per the prevailing cost of the new product.
